This is an adventure trip not to miss in Uganda. It awards you a chance to visit some of Uganda’s major parks for Gorilla Trekking, Wildlife viewing, cultural encounters, chimpanzee tracking, boat cruise and White water rafting in Jinja.

The list of these protected area includes Murchison Falls, Kibale Forest, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi Impenetrable and Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe Airport pick up

On arrival, our driver will be waiting for you at the airport for pick up to your hotel of residence either in Entebbe or Kampala. If you arrive in time like in the morning, you can do a city tour visiting major spots within the suburbs. Check in at the hotel. Some hotels to stay in Kampala include:

Day 2: Kampala – Transfer to Murchison

Wake up early in the morning, get prepared and have your morning breakfast. After check out and meet our driver guide for the impressive journey to Murchison Falls National Park via Kampala- Masindi- Gulu highway.

En route stopover in Nakasongola is included for Rhino tracking in Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, the tracking lasts for about an hour and after continue with the journey to the suburbs of the Park.

You can either have lunch in Ziwa before leaving or have it en route in Masindi town. Check in at the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation options include:

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon boat cruise.

Have your delicious breakfast and after transfer with our guide for the morning game drive which offers several sights and nice photos of different Wild species in the Park including Wild animals, primates, and different bird species.

Some of Wild animals include Buffaloes, Elephants, Bush bucks, spotted hyenas, Lions, Kobs, Harte beasts and more. After return to the lodge for lunch as you get prepared for afternoon launch trip cruise.

The cruise along the waters of the falls starts from the top to the bottom of the falls offering magical views of different aquatic species like Hippos, crocodiles, water birds and other wild animals which come closer to the banks in need of water. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Murchison – Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After exciting moments in Murchison, check out in the morning to enjoy the scenic drive southwest via Fort Portal, stopover for lunch, visit some exciting sites in the town like Toro Kingdom Palace, Royal tombs, craft shops and after continue to Kibale Forest National Park.

Check in at the lodge for relaxation and later in the evening you can do a primate walk to Kanywanchu river camp. Accommodation options to stay include:

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Walk

Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale is done in three sessions including morning, afternoon and after lunch session. If you have other activities that day it’s recommended you be in for the morning session.

Early in the morning be at the park offices for briefing conducted and after the journey to the jungle is started in a group searching for these primates. Locating these primates, you are allowed to be in their presence for some time while seeing them playing, feeding, laughing plus taking photos and videos of them.

After return to the lodge for lunch and later you will do a guided nature walk in Bigodi wetland for several sights of different primates like monkeys, baboons, plant life and bird species. Accommodation include:

Day 6: Kibale – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Have morning breakfast and check out for the awe inspiring drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Apprehend the stunning views of beautiful landscapes with rolling hills, the drive will take about 3-4 hours. Lunch is provided en route.

Reaching the suburbs, you will continue with an awesome game drive through the Kasenyi plains for stunning sights of different Wildlife species and sun set. After Check in at the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation options include:

Day 7: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Launch Trip Cruise

Have a morning game drive around the Park exposing you to different Wildlife species within the Park particularly Wild animals like Kobs, tree climbing lions in Ishasha, buffaloes, antelope species, leopards, waterbucks, elephants, hippos and warthogs.

After Game drive, drive straight to Mweya canteen for lunch and after be in for the breathtaking boat cruise along the Kazinga channel for several panoramic views as well as sighting of different aquatic species like hippos, crocodiles and more. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth – Transfer to Bwindi

After delicious breakfast in the morning check out for transfer to Bwindi via the Ishasha sector. You will have a chance to sight tree climbing lions resting in the fig tree branches.

Lunch is provided en route and after continue with the thrilling journey combined with spectacular views of banana, tea plantations and overall green vegetation of the area.

Reaching the park on the Buhoma sector side check in at lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay. Some of the accommodation Options include:

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

Early after breakfast transfer to the park offices with your guide, for a briefing about how to behave while in the jungle with gorillas.

After journey to the Jungle starts in a group of eight people plus park rangers following well established trails in search of these apes.

After locating these apes you are allowed to stay in their presence for only one hour while seeing them playing with young ones, feeding, laughing plus taking photos and videos of them.

It’s advised when heading for the Gorilla trek you come along with your packed food for eating while in the Jungle. After Gorilla trek return to the lodge for relaxation as you prepare for evening community walk

In the evening, go for a community walk visiting the Batwa people in their local communities for interaction, and also experience their ways of living. Head back to the lodge for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Bwindi – Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After morning breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park which takes about 6-7 hours for the drive. You will go through the outstanding sceneries in Kabale, a combination of terraced hills, forests, banana plantations and more.

Lunch is provided en route in Mbarara and then after continue to Lake Mburo National Park which is home to over 332 bird species covering a total area of 371 km2.

Its home to a number of wild animals including Zebras, impalas, warthogs, topis, waterbucks, buffaloes, reed bucks and more.

On arrival, you will have a boat cruise on Lake Mburo offering sights of different aquatic species including birds, crocodiles, hippos, and more. Check in at the lodge. Some of the accommodation options include:

Day 11: Lake Mburo – Drive back to Kampala

Early in the morning have your breakfast, check out for a morning game drive and after drive out of the Park.

The interesting journey back to Kampala starts including en route stopover at the equator for lunch and buying of some souvenirs. After continue up to Kampala and check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12: White Water Rafting in Jinja – Departure.

Early in the morning have breakfast and after see your way to Jinja for the fantastic White water rafting along the waters of the Nile. This half day experience is offered Nalubale rafting company.

Briefing is conducted at their offices in Jinja and after transfer up to the Starting point. After Rafting, it’s advised you leave Jinja in time such that you can be in time for your flight back home at Entebbe international airport. End of Safari.
