This excursion starts from Rwanda and ends in Uganda granting opportunities to visit different major tourist destinations in Uganda and Rwanda including Volcanoes National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale Forest and Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 01: Arrival at Kigali airport

On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our tour guide great each other and you will be transferred to Kigali for a city tour visiting different main places of interest with in the city like Kigali genocide memorials, craft markets and more. Have lunch in Kigali city.

After the city tour you will transfer direct to Volcanoes National Park in the North of Ruhengeri taking about 2-3 hours for the drive. Arriving at the Park in the evening check in for Dinner and Overnight at Lebambou Gorilla Lodge.

Day 02: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes

Early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge, be at the Park offices or starting point for short briefing about Gorilla trekking rules which is usually done by park official, after briefing trekkers are assigned to groups of eight people plus one ranger guide to start the trekking journey heading to jungle in search of these apes.

After locating their presence you are only allowed to be there for one hour while seeing them playing, feeding, laughing plus taking photos and videos of them, it’s advised that you come with packed lunch. After return to the lodge and relax up from the tiresome and exciting activity. Meal Plan: Full board.

Day 03: Transfer to Bwindi National Park in Uganda

After breakfast in the morning check out for the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda, you will cross from Rwanda to Uganda via Chanika Uganda Rwanda boarder and then drive to your Lodge of choice. Accommodation options include: Buhoma Community Rest Camp or Nkuringo Gorilla Camp. Meal Plan: Half board.

Day 04: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi.

Early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge, be at the Park offices or starting point for short briefing about Gorilla trekking rules which is usually done by park official, after briefing trekkers are assigned to groups of eight people plus one ranger guide to start the trekking journey heading to jungle in search of these apes.

Day 05: Transfer from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth.

Early in the morning after breakfast check out for a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha route granting you opportunities of sighting the popularly known tree climbing lions resting up in fig trees en route.

Arriving in time for Lunch at the lodge and after, be in for game drive in the plains of Kasenyi searching for savannah wildlife including herds of buffaloes, antelopes, elephants and some wild cats such as lions and leopard if you are lucky enough. Accommodation options include: Bush Lodge or Enganzi Lodge.

Day 06: Game drive & Boat cruise on Kazinga Channel.

After morning breakfast set off to the plains of Kasenyi for a morning exciting game drive in search of what you could have missed the previous day.  After head back for lunch at the lodge as you get prepared for the afternoon launch trip cruise along Kazinga Channel.

This cruise along Kazinga Channel offers you chances of viewing different aquatic species and animals like: hippos, water birds, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles and more wildlife which flop the channel for drinking water.

Day 07: Game drive – Kibale National Park

Have breakfast early in the morning and after drive to the northern bank of Queen Elizabeth National Park in search different wild animals like Elephants, Buffalos, and the wild cats, Savannah birds and deferent species of antelopes such water buck, Uganda kobs and more.

After return to the lodge for lunch as you get prepared for check out and drive to Kibale Forest National Park arriving at the lodge in the evening. Accommodation options include:  Kibale Forest Camp or Rwenzori view guest house.

Day 08: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale.

After breakfast in the morning you will drive to the park offices or starting point and join other trackers for a briefing and after you will start the chimpanzee tracking journey, through Kibale Forest National Park.

During the walk you are also exposed to other Wildlife species habited with the Jungle including primates, reptiles, wild animals, birds and more. After return to the lodge for lunch as you get prepared for the Bigodi wetland walk. This wetland belongs to community neighbouring Kibale Forest National Park. Meal Plan: Full board.

Day 9: Drive from Kibale to Murchison Falls

Early in the morning after breakfast drive from Kibale to Murchison Falls National Park through small towns, villages and great views of the escarpment arriving at the lodge in late evening. Check in for dinner and overnight stay at Murchison River Lodge.

Day 10: Game drive & Boat cruise.

Have early morning breakfast and after transfer to the northern section popular known as Paraa for your morning exciting game drive which exposes you to different Wildlife species particularly Wild animals like giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, hippos and cats such as lions and leopards if you are lucky.

After return to the lodge for lunch as you get prepared for the afternoon launch trip cruise along the falls from top to the bottom of the falls. Meal Plan: Full board.

Day 11: Murchison – Drive to Entebbe

Have breakfast and after check out for the drive back to Entebbe international Airport and depending on your flight time, you may decide to visit Ziwa Rhino sanctuary or not. If your flight is on next day check in at the lodge for overnight stay. End of Services.
